Digital Surrealism - Re-Imagine Truth History and Place
Utilizing tools of digital photography and Photoshop to combine 5 or more unique  "historic" digital photos into one image creating a new personal interpretation of land, place and people. A series 2-5 original digital composites is expected.

Take special attention to scale in the process of compositing.

Students will be graded their ability to imagine and create unique  interpretation of  photographic history engaging discussions of truth using the digital tools explored during class. While students must take their own photographs for this assignment, they may also use public domain imagery. Students have the style options of seamless photorealism or digital collage. Students may also include other medias in the project.
